JMCM Properties Limited and James McMahon Limited have retained Tom Phillips + Associates (Town Planning Consultants), to make this submission to the Draft Cork City Development Plan 2022-2028, in relation to a c. 1.6 ha masterplan site in their ownership at Water Street, Lower Glanmire Road, Cork City.
