I am a resident and landowner in the Laherdane area and would like to propose an alternative zoning from that currently outlined in the Development Plan proposal (see map attached with area outlined in red).
Hi there, as per the attached map, I would like to propose a change from the "Light Industry and Related uses" zoning for the area circled in red to "New Res neighbourhoods".
I am a current resident of Laherdane and own a 1 acre site within the area selected for this new zoning and strongly feel that the residents of Laherdane (current and future) would much beter benefit from zoning for New Res neighbourhoods, and this would be consistant with teh current zoning and planning for the immediate surrounding area of Laherdane.
