This submission requests the following provisions in the forthcoming CDP for Hollyhill:

• The rezoning of the subject lands from ‘Public Open Space’ to ‘ZO 03 Tier 3 Residential Neighbourhoods’. Our client’s lands are currently zoned as Public Open Space under the Draft Plan. However, it is considered that the lands are entirely suitable for future development which is addressed further in this submission.
