Map indicates housing development between Barnavara and Lios Rua, Glen River Valley, on the Banduff Road.

Currently no application for houses exists for this land.

Previous application to An Bord Pleanala ref number TA28.307373 was refused permission on the 22nd June 2020.

Submission has been made to change draft map 5 from a yellow status to a green status. 

Northern Distributory Road is also not indicated on this map.

The Banduff Road area currently is home to about 1,000 families, of whom there are many young children. This locality is due to see up to 2,000 new homes to be built in the near future, adding many hundreds of young children to the area. In light of this, I would propose that this area, marked yellow on map 5, would be an ideal location for a children's playground.
