Sailing Into Wellness are a Cork based award winning organisation.

The SIW team are passionate professionals in the recovery and sailing sector. They focus on using a natural and healthy approach to improve mental health and well-being, working with clients in recovery and young people at risk, primarily marginalised communities. This educational and therapeutic sailing program helps people in recovery from poor mental health and addiction.
