The Lower Lee Flood Relief Scheme is entirely outdated, and incompatible with the updated climate collapse projections.

It is destructive of the City, and destructive of vast chunks of the Development Plan. It should be abandoned as no longer fit for purpose (if it ever was), and a new plan designed from scratch.
