Guidelines on the Planning System and Flood Risk Management (DECLG/OPW, 2009),
hereafter referred to as the ‘Guidelines’. Further submissions on the draft Plan may be
made by the OPW concerning the estate portfolio, heritage and other areas of
responsibility.
