NOTICE OF PROPOSAL TO MAKE CORK CITY COUNCIL BYE-LAWS
Cork City Road Traffic (Special Speed Limits) Bye-Laws 2026
Take notice that Cork City Council proposes to make the above entitled Bye-Laws, setting Special Speed Limits in respect of public roads within the City of Cork in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 9 of the Road Traffic Act 2004 (as amended).
The draft Cork City Road Traffic (Special Speed Limits) Bye-Laws 2026 will be available for public inspection during the period of Friday the 21st of August 2026 to Monday 21st September 2026:

Take notice that Cork City Council proposes to make the above entitled Bye-Laws, setting Special Speed Limits in respect of public roads within the City of Cork in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 9 of the Road Traffic Act 2004 (as amended).
The draft Cork City Road Traffic (Special Speed Limits) Bye-Laws 2026 will be available for public inspection during the period of Friday the 21st of August 2026 to Monday 21st September 2026:
· electronically via the Cork City Council Online Consultation Portal at https://consult.corkcity.ie/
· at the Reception Desk, City Hall, Anglesea Street, Cork between 9:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
Submissions on the draft bye-laws may be made either;
Any submissions must be made before 5pm on Monday 21st of September 2026.
