My family have lived in the area since 2015 and we have greatly valued the quality of life, community neighbourliness and access to facilities that was so much of our 15 minute city experience. Unfortunately the continuing and relentless encroachment of rentals in the area is creating an increasingly hostile environment and one in which we are finding it too difficult to live and function as a working family - there is no rest or peace or sanctuary in our home anymore - if the proposals for the plan are not fully taken on board and acted on in the implementation of the plan, we too will be selling our home and leaving the area.
