This is a submission to the Draft Cork City Development Plan public consultation with regard to the Cork

Education & Training Board’s intentions for consolidation and expansion of their well established network of

Further Education and Training Facilities in Cork City. This submission is to be read in conjunction with two

site specific submissions by the CETB in relation to their property at Farranlea Road and the Cork Training

Centre, Roass Avenue and Model Farm Road.

It has been prepared by Scott Tallon Walker Architects, on behalf of the Cork Education & Training Board

(CETB) in response to public notices inviting submissions from third parties and interested parties on the Cork

City Development Plan.
