Section 48 and 49 Planning and Development Act, 2000 ( As Amended)

Cork City Council has prepared a Development Contribution Scheme (Draft Amended) and a Supplementary Development Contribution Scheme (Draft Amended) 2020-2022 in accordance with the provisions of Section 48 and 49 of the Planning and Development Act, 2000 (as amended). 

Copies are available for public inspection from Friday 26th June 2020 to Monday 10th August 2020 inclusive from 10.00am-12.00pm & 2.00pm-4.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), at the reception desk, City Hall, Cork. You will also find a copy of the Draft Amended Scheme on this platform. 

If you wish to make a submission or observation with respect to the proposed scheme you may do so on this submissions platform or in writing and clearly marked ''Development Contribution Scheme (Draft Amended)'' and/or ''Supplementary Development Contribution Scheme (Draft Amended)'', to The Director of Services, Strategic and Economic Development Directorate, Cork City Council, City Hall, Cork. Submissions must be received no later than 4.00pm Monday 10th August 2020. 

Cork City Council is subject to the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act, 2014, the Data Protection Act, 2018 and to the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). Data will only be processed in accordance with the aforementioned amendments. The Privacy Statement for the management of submissions made during this Public Consultation Process can be found on this Portal.
