NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE IN CHARGE ROAD

Notice is hereby given that Cork City Council will, at a meeting to be held not earlier than Monday, 13th February 2023, consider the making of a declaration that the Roads listed shall be Taken in Charge.

The said Roads within said development are depicted on a map which can be inspected during office hours (09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday) at the Main Reception Desk, New Civic Building, City Hall, Anglesea Street, Cork for the period up to and including Friday, 16th December 2022. The maps can also be viewed on https://consult.corkcity.ie.

Any objections or representations may be made in writing to the undersigned not later than 4.00pm on Friday, 6th January 2023 or on https://consult.corkcity.ie.
