NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE IN CHARGE ROAD

Notice is hereby given that Cork City Council will, at a meeting to be held not earlier than Monday 9th February 2026, consider the making of a declaration that the Road listed shall be Taken in Charge.

The said Road within said development as depicted on map which can be inspected during office hours (09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday) at the Main Reception Desk, New Civic Building, City Hall, Anglesea Street, Cork or the period up to and including Friday, 14th November 2025.  The map can also be viewed on https://consult.corkcity.ie.

Any objections or representations may be made in writing to the undersigned not later than 4.00pm on Friday, 28th November 2025 or on https://consult.corkcity.ie.
