Conclusion

It is considered that the proposed text and map amendments set out above accords with the obligations of the Planning Authority under the Urban Regeneration and Housing Act 2015; will promote and facilitate urban regeneration, tackle housing supply issues and accords with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area.
