ADDITIONS TO THE CORK CITY COUNCIL RECORD OF PROTECTED STRUCTURES UNDER SECTIONS 54 AND 55 OF THE ACT
Cork City Council proposes to make the following additions to its Record of Protected Structures, pursuant to its powers under the above mentioned Act.
The structures, or specified part of a structure, to be added are:
The proposed addition of these structures to the Record of Protected Structures hasbeen recommended by the former equivalent of the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, hereafter referred to as the Minister. As these proposed additions were recommended by the Minister, Cork City Council will forward a copy of any written submissions or observations received with respect to the proposed additions within the stated period to the Minister, for their observations.
The particulars of the proposed additions may be inspected online via this consultation portal and at the Planning Counter, Ground Floor, New Civic Offices, City Hall, Anglesea Street, Cork between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. for a period of seven weeks commencing from Monday the 30th of September, 2024 to Friday the 15th of November, 2024.
