NOTICE OF PROPOSAL TO MAKE CORK CITY COUNCIL BYE-LAWS

CORK CITY ROAD TRAFFIC (SPECIAL SPEED LIMITS) BYE-LAWS 2021

Take notice that Cork City Council proposes to make the above entitled Bye-Laws, setting Special Speed Limits in respect of public roads within the City of Cork in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 9 of the Road Traffic Act 2004 as amended by Section 22 of the Road Traffic Act 2016.

The draft Cork City Road Traffic (Special Speed Limit) Bye-Laws 2021 will be available for public inspection during the period of Friday the 15^th of October 2021 to Monday the 15^th November 2021:

• electronically via this Cork City Council Online Consultation Portal at https://consult.corkcity.ie/
• at the offices of the Traffic Operations Division, City Hall, Anglesea Street, Cork between 9:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please call 021-2389869 or email traffic@corkcity.ie to arrange an appointment.

Submissions on the draft Bye-Laws may be made either;

• electronically via the Cork City Council Online Consultation Portal at https://consult.corkcity.ie/
• or in writing to the Traffic Operations Division, Room 338, City Hall, Cork, T12 T997

Any submissions must be made before 5pm on Monday the 15^th of November 2021.
