NOTICE OF PROPOSAL TO MAKE CORK CITY COUNCIL BALLINCOLLIG CAR PARK BYE-LAWS 2020
Take notice that Cork City Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 101(7) of the Road Traffic Act 1961 as amended by Section 6 of and the Schedule to the Road Traffic Act 1968 and by Sections 4 and 49 (1) (i) of the Road Traffic Act 1994, proposes to make the above-entitled Bye-Laws regulating the use of a car park provided by it in the City of Cork,
The draft bye laws may be downloaded for reading in PDF format from the links under the "Materials" section to the right hand side of this screen.
A copy of the draft Cork City Council Ballincollig Car Park Bye-Laws 2020 will also be available for public inspection during the period of Friday the 29th of November 2019 to Monday 6th January 2020 between the hours of 9am and 5pm at the Reception Desk, City Hall, Anglesea Street, Cork.
Submissions on the draft Bye-Laws may be made in writing to the Parking Section, Traffic Operations Division, Room 335, City Hall, Cork, or via this online consultation portal, before 5pm on Monday the 20th of January 2020.
