NOTICE OF PROPOSAL TO MAKE CORK CITY ROAD TRAFFIC (SPECIAL SPEED LIMITS) BYE-LAWS 2020
Take notice that Cork City Council proposes to make the above-entitled Bye-Laws, setting Special Speed Limits in respect of public roads within the City of Cork in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 9 of the Road Traffic Act 2004 as amended by Section 22 of the Road Traffic Act 2016.
The draft bye laws may be downloaded for reading in PDF format from the links under the "Materials" section to the right hand side of this screen.
A copy of the draft Cork City Road Traffic (Special Speed Limits) Bye-Laws 2020 will also be available for public inspection during the period of Friday the 29th of November 2019 to Monday the 06th January 2020 between the hours of 9am and 5pm at the Reception Desk, City Hall, Anglesea Street, Cork.
Submissions on the draft Bye-Laws may be made in writing to the Traffic Operations Division, Room 338, City Hall, Cork, or via this online consultation portal, before 5pm on Monday the 6th of January 2020.
