This consultation seeks feedback on the Blackpool Village Core – Draft Concept Design, which sets out a long-term regeneration vision for the village core that will identify projects and actions that can be brought forward for delivery over the coming years.

Background
Cork City Council, in partnership with John McLaughlin Architects and the Blackpool Village Team, is developing an ambitious concept design and implementation strategy for the Blackpool Village Core Area.
The strategy will guide the incremental regeneration of the village core, supporting funding applications and delivering tangible, phased improvements over the coming years.
The Draft Concept Design has been informed from the outset by engagement with key local stakeholders. Feedback received through this public consultation will play an important role in refining and strengthening the final design, ensuring it reflects community priorities and aspirations for Blackpool.
