There is an error in the Cork City Development plan map for Kerry Pike area. I refer to Development Map No. 17 for Kerry Pike, where a section of land which is owned by my spouse and I, is included as “Zone 16 Public Open Space”.
This is incorrect, and I request that this error is rectified. This land is private property.
Uploaded is a copy of land folio map 18768F which shows the lands owned, I have also uploaded a rural place map with coordinates of property highlighted.
A copy of map 17 is also uploaded which highlights my property, which has been incorrectly zoned.
The land in the map has never been a public open space.
The map be correct to reflect that private land is not Zoned as "Zone 16 Public Open Space"
I am the property owner, and this land has been incorrectly designated as Zone16
