due to recent housing developments across from my farm, i feel that housing on my farm will site better with the surroundings

I also feel that an increase to the housing density is easily achieved by using the remaining land in whitescross greater area. and will keep the city conatained. I feel more residentail housing will boost the location and the desirabilty of the area, it will be aesthectaically pleasing and will also allow the younger generation from the area, to be able to stay close by, building on the foundations of the great community we now reside in. We currently live in a rural community and it is changing very quickly, while we welcome development and change we would love to believe that these changes take into account the current community.

I feel more residentail  properties in the area, will help the infrastructure, relating to public transport, broadband, community halls, retail, schools, parks etc....
