The Cork Community Media Hub will draw on over 20 years of experience of Frameworks Films working with diverse communities throughout the city so they can reflect on their own history and experiences. Among the scores of documentarties they have produced are those about Sunbeam, Barrack Street, the Quay Co-op.

They will also continue running Cork Community Television, which has been broadcasting work not only by Frameworks but also other groups from around the country and beyond; covering events such as Cork City Marathon, Local and National elections, and much more.

A core element of the recently formed Cork Community Media Hub is training others in the skills involved in film-making and broadcasting.

Cork City Council has helped fund some activities of Cork Community TV in the past, and it is hoped this can continue in the future. It is currently seeking a city centre premises, easily accessible to all.
