4. Transport and Mobility

I see the walking and cycling targets as too-low, and a contradiction to the 15-minute city concept in other chapters.

If the 15-minute city concept is progressed then the proportion of people walking should increase.

I also see 4% cycling share as too low.

I would love to cycle, but there are very few cycle lanes in the city. Having protected cycle lanes everywhere would facilitate a far greater mode share.

References to the accessibility of the city were short. The mode share targets do not include people who are mobility impaired. Recent measures to allow further use of the streets have reduced the street space for people who use wheelchairs or need the support of another person. Any 'pedestrian' measures need to include accessibility.
