Zoning development plan 2.95 “lands at Lee road “
Dear Sir/Madam,
Please accept this as an absolute objection to the proposed redevelopment plan 2.95 - ‘lands at Lee Road’ - to commence in 2022. This plan proposes to develop up to 137 new homes in a green belt area.
This proposal is in defiance of proper planning and development. There is no regard to the proper planning and development of the area as a whole, including the green belt which is a significant amenity adding considerably to the visual and ecological merits of the area.
The infrastructure required to accomodate the proposed development is not in place and such a development in an already densely populated area would inevitably lead to a rise in anti-social problems given the absence of suitable amenities already in the greater area
