Glad to see this Lee Road site is being rezoned for residential development. It was quite odd that at a time of acute housing shortage, this land was not built on, as it is within a few minutes cycle of CUH, MTU, UCC, ETB training college, and even Cork City Centre is a short bike ride.
The site ticks every box. Ecology. Proximity to employment, education and training centres. Beautiful location. It has it all. It promises to be a wonderful place to live and a credit to Cork City planners.
