Berthing facilities for river taxis and jet skis

I was inspired by the possibility of the America's Cup coming to Cork.

My plan would involve a holiday complex  facing Spike Island.

The plan would also provide a lot of marina space in an undeveloped area.

Should the development go ahead it can be serviced with a river taxi directly to the City.

As part of the city development plan I propose that berthing facilities should be placed east of Patrick's bridge and Horgan's  Quay.

I appreciate that our bridges are so low at certain tide levels that one would not be able to access Merchant's quay or even any time.
