Blarney greenway
At this time when the government is promoting greenways it would be important to include the include the building of the cork blarney greenway
along the muskerry line .This old railway line is somewhat intact from leemount to blarney and could easily be extended along the shournagh river valley.
It is important in many ways walking and cycling and linking our suburbs in a safe way.In linking our suburbs to cork with a safe green commuting route.I notice a number of new houses are bieng built along the route this route should be protected from any new planning in this and any future
development plan
Build a greenway from cork to blarney along the old railway the muskerry line
The rail bed needs to be preserved as a greenway in this plan and prevent further building .
