The lands were zoned ZO 21 City Hinterland in the Draft Cork City Development Plan 2022 – 2028.

 

The landowner in consultation with a n number of key developers active in Cork City and County are keen to develop the property as a residential development.

 

The land is perfectly located to meet the key strategic issues and recommendations as outlined the Chief Executives’ Report on pre-Draft Consultation. I urge you consider the rezoning of this holding as Residential.
